Bye-Bye Daddy

Daddy had to leave today.  I mean leave more than for the day.  He won't be coming home tonight.  He is going to be sleeping somewhere else.  He is going to be in another state even.  Daddy is going to Indiana for a conference.  He won't be back for a couple of days.  It's just going to be Mommy and me for the weekend.  I have never had Daddy go away for this long before.  This is the first time Mommy, Daddy and I won't all be sleeping at the same place.

This morning I said goodbye to Daddy before we took him to school.

I love Daddy!

I am going to miss him!
